Desiree Hastey was born and raised in the Yuba Sutter community. She has been helping clients buy and sell real estate for several years. She attended the University of California, Merced and graduated magna cum laude in the founding class with a Bachelor of Science. After graduating Desiree moved back to the Plumas Lake area opened and ran Plumas Lake Self Storage. In 2011 she opened Rental Property Professionals, and 2019 Rental Property Profesionals and Plumas Lake Properties merged into Plumas Lake Properties Homes Sales and Rentals. Desiree is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Local Sacramento Association of Realtors to help work with the best practices in real estate sales. Desiree is also the Trustee for the Yuba County Office of Education Board. Desiree currently lives in Plumas Lake with her husband, toddler son and newborn daughter.
